Who Am I?

I am Robin Stanfield, Branch Manager. I have over 20 years in the lending industry. I was raised in this business!! I join the Open Mortgage team with a wide range of experience, having performed nearly every function in the office at one time. I feel that my skills in processing and placing loans assure you a smooth transaction and the loan that YOU need. I want to help lead you to the realization of your dreams! I am married with three children, and I served in the United States Navy as an Aerographer for five years.

I specialize in FHA, VA and low down payment programs.  We offer Conventional, Investment, Rehabilitation and Construction lending.

I am Fair Credit Reporting Act Certified - I can effectively counsel you on your credit and how to change your scores!

I am an FHA DE Underwriter - not only can I prequalify my borrowers, I know what can be approved!

I am a US Navy Veteran, and a VA lending expert.

I am certified in the latest training by the USDA, the Texas Veterans Land Board, the Federal Housing Administration, and Fannie Mae.

I am certified to offer City of Austin Down Payment Assistance and "Shared Equity" Programs.  I specialize in Government Grants and Tax Credit Certificates for you!!
