Rob Kelly is a Colorado licensed Associate Broker with RE/MAX Alliance in Louisville, CO. As an Investor, Realtor, and Landlord, Rob works to identify and acquire solid rental property investments that will "work" for investors.
Roblearned the investment rental business through hands on experience in acquiring, rehabbing and managing his own portfolio of properties and those of his clients.
He knows what “works” as an investment property and is willing to share this experience with his clients. Whether buying and rehabbing for resale or buying to lease out and hold long term,Rob finds solid investment properties through careful analysis of the financials, market comparables (comps) and street by street, house by house searches.Selecting the right house with clear multiple exit strategies provides clients with a high likelihood of investing success.
Rob Kelly has owned and managed rental property since 1994 and has been active in Colorado Real Estate since 2005. Rob currently owns 4 single units in Thornton CO
Rob purchased his first house, a fixer in 1989 in the San Francisco Bay Area (East Palo Alto). After rehabbing and living in it for 5 years, he converted it to a rental and began his land lording experience. In his previous life Rob was a project manager in the Pharmaceutical and Bio-tech industry. Rob worked as a Validation and Regulatory Compliance project management consultant for Bayer, Genentech, Inhale Therapeutics, Alza and others.
Born and raised in California, Rob and his wife Sue decided to have their mid life crises a bit early, and sold their real estate holdings in California and relocated to Colorado in 2005.
Rob and his wife have two young daughters, and currently reside in Louisville, CO (affectionately known as MayBerry USA).

"I started working with Rob starting in February of this year (2008). I said I was looking for a decent investment property. I thought I knew what that was until we started talking and found out that my standards were much lower than Rob's and that Rob was not going to let me buy something unless it was the RIGHT deal. Unlike some of the other "investment" Realtors who had approached me he wasn't JUST trying to sell me something that I thought I wanted.
