"I started working with Rob starting in February of this year (2008). I said I was looking for a decent investment property. I thought I knew what that was until we started talking and found out that my standards were much lower than Rob's and that Rob was not going to let me buy something unless it was the RIGHT deal. Unlike some of the other "investment" Realtors who had approached me he wasn't JUST trying to sell me something that I thought I wanted. We must have easily seen between 30-40 homes in Aurora, Westminster, Arvada, Thornton and probably several other areas that I wasn't extremely familiar.
