Meet Robert Vanovermeire Broker / Owner Influence and Experience
What my Influence and Experience will provide:
- SELLING EXPERIENCE - I have had the good fortune of being involved in hundreds of transactions. I've sold many different types of properties including condos, acreages, and investment properties in Calgary and surrounding areas. Some of my past clients include Jeff Shantz from the Calgary Flames and Dr. Margo Husby Scheelar Phd. from the University of Calgary.
- EDUCATION - I have the designation of "Associate Broker" This allows me to have the licensing requirements to own my own brokerage.
I have completed numerous additional Real Estate courses including, residential, condo, acreages, and presentation skills. I am also a certified instructor for "The Alberta Real Estate Association" currently teaching at Mount Royal College & The Calgary Real Estate Board.
- NEGOTIATING - This is definitely an art not a science. I pride myself on getting the extra money most agents don't know how to. Along with my experience and the courses I have attended over the years I have obtained a high level of skill. A good negotiator can achieve the results the average person would think not possible.

We were very scared when we decided to buy our first home because as new-comers we didn't know about the process and the requirements of buying and also because everybody told us that this was going to be a very stressful and difficult process.
When we met Rob he took the time to sit with us and explained all the process, the costs, just everything; he paid attention to what we wanted but at the same time he gave us valuable advice and started working right away; 2 days after meeting with him he had a couple of houses ready for us to visit and 1 week later we had an accepted offer.
Rob took care of everything, the broker, the lawyer, he just had to chose our dream home and signed the papers...he literally did everything.
