About Us:

URBaCS is software development company with a focus on the housing industry. We have developed two web based applications utilizing the software as a service model (SaaS). This means our customers do not need to: purchase expensive "software programs", have big IT departments, expensive equipment, or lock themselves to long term commitments. We do not have start up fees, long term contracts, and our customers only pay for the level of service they need. 

 

We are proud to feature Lead Builder and Referral Builder as our flagship applications. 

 

Lead Builder is a lead generation application. Each time one of your customers gets information about one of your listings, we capture their contact information for you. Lead Builder also sends you instant notification, so you will know when someone is standing in front of your listing gathering information.

Referral Builder is designed to help New Home Builders spread their marketing message farther than a traditional word of mouth referral.
