A Little About Me!
Are you looking for a Realtor who prides herself in building relationships, being a person they can trust, and making continuing education a priority in her business? If you answered yes, then read on!
As a Realtor, I pride myself in having great relationships with my clients past and present. I am committed to earning the title "Your Realtor For Life" by asking my clients, "What do I have to do make sure you have a 10+ experience". It is my goal to exceed the expectations of all my clients.
I know how important the decision to buy and sell a home is and it is my responsibility that you understand all aspects of the transaction from start to finish. That is why I committed to increasing my knowledge base by attending one continuing education class per week. What this means to you is that you are working with a Realtor who is knowledgeable and practices safe real estate. I look forward to being your guide by your side, and rest assured, I have all the latest industry information.
To that end, you'll find that I have three major designations beginning with E-Pro which certifies my ability to use the latest technology and software programs. As a seller, you want to make sure your home receives maximum exposure and a strong web presence. As an e-Pro, I have a great knowledge base on how to get that done.
For Buyers, I have earned the ABR or Accredited Buyer Representative designation. What this means to you is that I know how to protect your interests and find you the home that best suits your needs, in the timeframe you desire, for the least amount of money.
As a Realtor, it is imperative that I become an expert in all aspects of the residential real estate process. To meet that goal, I have earn a designation from the Graduate Realtor Institute, a comprehensive 90 hour training that encompasses all areas of the industry.
On a personal note, I spent 16 years in the education field, first as an elementary school teacher, earning my B.A. from ASU. I then earned a Masters in Counseling from the University of Phoenix and served as a counselor and Department Chairperson for North Canyon High Schools Counseling Department.
I believe that healthy bodies produce healthy minds and that is why I make physical fitness part of my everyday routine. I've even taken it a step further by becoming a National Figure Competitor.
