About Us:

I have been orginating loans in Illinois for 5+ years and I have been working in the financial industry for over 30 years. I have a BA in business and a MBA in finance. I am very good at explaining all details to my clients. I give them professional advice and when the situation merits it I give them my own personal advice and recomendation. I have a very special software tool to help people search for a home by getting them familar with the area(s) they are searching in over a period of serveral months. When they are ready to buy I can connect them with a particpating Real Estate Agent and they will receive $3 per $1,000 of the purchase or sale price back after the closing. After the sale my job is not finished. I always stay in contact via mail and/or email to help them when every they need. Loans I orginate are serviced by my company and there are never any lender surprises at the closing. I attend almost all of my closing to insure that if there are any problems or questions at the last minute my clients and or their lawyer receives the answers needed.
