I have been selling Real Estate since 1998 and sell in the Austin, Kyle, Buda areas. I belong to ABOR, TAR, and NAHREP. I am also active in my community and am on  the finance commity @St. Anthony's . My specialty is first time homebuyers perhaps one of the most complex and time consuming area to work. I love it even they don't buy high end homes they are buyers and it gives me satisfaction to know I was abel to help them buy and stop throwing their hard earned $$ away on rent. I use every resource possible to help them  from down pmt. assistance, to negotiating w/the seller for closing cost, providing them info on how to have a smooth closing, etc.

I am also Bilingual and become the communicator between many a lender and title company, my goal is to make sure my buyer understands everything from making the offer, to having an inspection , the loan terms, title committment, insurnce,  and survey. It takes alot but its worth it when a few weeks later or a month goes by and your phone rings and its a referal from your buyer who thinks youre awesome............
