I am a mortgage professional of 40 years and a Licensed Mortgage Broker (Florida), well-seasoned in virtually every aspect of mortgage lending to include Conventional, FHA/VA, USDA Guaranteed Rural Housing, Construction-Permanent Loans, Alt-A, Sub-prime, Home Equity and Alternative Programs to meet a wide variety of circumstances unique to my clients. I also have experience in Commercial Lending.

I do have a bit of a soft spot in my heart in working with first-time homebuyers and assisting them with the challenges that many of them face in their quest of the American Dream. For most, it seems as though the reality of the real estate market and median sales prices defies the term "Affordable Housing" and that their opportunity is as elusive as a butterfly, hard to catch and just out of reach. During the span of my career I have been involved in the closing and settlement of over 2000 mortgage transactions ranging in amounts from a few thousand to over $4 million.

In 2004  I was honored by WCR with the Affiliate of the Year Award and have served as Chapter Treasurer during 2005 and 2006.
