I don't believe in Cheesecake Real Estate, I am an agressive marketer and play tough but fair/ethical. I work full time, including weekends and holidays,  I also answer my phone and e mails promptly. I am tech forward but with old school values.

I am the opposite Realtor that these modern day coachs who preach working 20 hours a week and taking 8 weeks off a year (like that is really going to work in this market). So what, I love it and wouldn't be doing anything else (hmm, on second thought?).

My dog thinks I am swell, he recently upgraded from a wood dog house to one of those gable roof plastic ones with wall to wall carpeting. It was tough talking him into moving up until I ran the numbers for him.
