I live where I work as a Realtor... in South Ponte Vedra... in the ocean access gated community of Turtle Shores.  My wife Brenda and I are the owners of RE/MAX Unlimited in Ponte Vedra Beach.  As an active member (and former president) of the South Ponte Vedra Civic Association, plus my work with the Design Review Board for the new Vilano Town Center, I am extremely familiar with the various properties along this stretch of Northeast Florida.  I have been involved in the sale of over 200 homes and lots in this area, on the ocean, ocean access, and on the Intracoastal waterway. I am familar with Coastal Construction setback lines on oceanfront properties, and very aware of several good support services in this area.
