This invaluable role is reserved only for the top producing agents who perform in the top 20% of the company and is instrumental in making important decisions to improve the level of service Keller Williams agents provide. As a member of the ALC, Roni embraced the opportunity to serve as Chairman of the TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE in order assist her colleaugues with the demands of the latest technological advances being introduced. Keller Williams is a cutting-edge technology based company that prides itself on training and proven systems that make our service superior.
Additionally, Roni also had the honor of being elected PTA Secretary for two consecutive years and is currently serving her second term as PTA Vice-President. Her service to PTA is what she is most proud of and will continue to be a committed volunteer.
About Me
Roni Gutierrez had her first taste of the real estate business after she purchased her first home in beautiful Lakewood, CA in 1999. She chose Lakewood because of the emphasis on family, sense of community, and great schools available for her 3 young children Joshua, Noah, and Chloe. After watching the drastic increase in house values and the opportunities that the real estate industry provides, she pursued her career by first assisting her sister and helping her grow a flourishing real estate business. Shortly after Roni attained her license and continued to work with her sister in the Corona/Norco market. Finally when the commute from Lakewood to Corona took its toll, Roni settled in at Keller Williams Coastal Properties because of family atmosphere and core values on which our company is founded.
