Her many accomplishments include TOP AGENT FOR LISTING UNITS, TOP PRODUCING AGENT, as well as having the priviledge to be named a member of the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) for Keller Williams Lakewood. This invaluable role is reserved only for producing agents who perform in the top 20% of the company and is instrumental in making important decisions to improve the level of service Keller Williams agents provide. As a member of the ALC, Roni embraced the opportunity to serve as Chairman of the Technology Committee which enabled her to introduce and train her colleagues on the latest technological demands of the ever-changing real estate industry. Keller Williams is a cutting-edge technology based company that prides itself on training and proven systems that make our service superior.
Additionally, Roni also had the honor of being elected PTA Secretary (two years) PTA Vice-President (two years), and is now serving her first year as PTA President at Cleveland Elementary. Her service to PTA is what she is most proud of and will continue to be a committed volunteer.
About Me
Roni Gutierrez had her first taste in the real estate business when she was just 8 years old after her parents purchased four units in downtown Riverside. This was just the beginning of her future in real estate, and through her family she was exposed to residential income property,investing, and flipping. At 22, knowing the value of homeownership and the tax shelter it provides, she purchased her first home in beautiful Lakewood, CA in 1999. She chose Lakewood because of the emphasis on family, sense of community, and great schools available to her 3 children Joshua, Noah, and Chloe. Taking advantage of the opportunities that the real estate industry provides, she pursued her career by first assisting her sister grow a flourishing real estate business. In 2004 she became a licensed Realtor working at Tarbell, and continued to work with her sister in the Corona/Norco market. Finally the commute from Lakewood to Corona took its toll, and Roni settled in at Keller Williams Coastal Properties because of the family atmosphere and core values on which our company is founded.
