Welcome, and thank you for for checking me out!  My upbringing was from the Midwest - Chicago. Still have the accent but milder.  We moved here in 1971 and have loved living in Virginia.  We have two grown daughters and now only one cat.  We've had dogs in the past and  recently lost our younger cat and am still in search of him!

My byline is "A Friend You Can Count On" because I treasure my friendships - human and animals and I feel I am a very good friend in the relationships I have developed throughout my life.  During my professional career I have developed a number of good friendships amoung the clients I have served.  As in a friendship I am hard working and loyal to my client.  I leave no stone unturned in helping them either sell their house or search out the perfect new home for them.  I like my clients to know as much as possible about the daunting task of selling or finding their next home.  To that end I try to educate them as much as possible and am always available for questions and assistance as we go throught the process.

As for my own education, it is always ongoing.  Besides the required classes to maintain my license, I have completed the certifications of GRI - Graduate, Realtor Institute, and ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative.  Keller Williams further provides superior trainings that I routinely take to keep me on top form for helping my clients.  I have also taken all the broker trainings and just need to take the time to take the certification test.  It's that 'round tuit thing.

For fun, my husband and I love to travel.  We especially like the warmer places like Hawaii, and Caribbean but I've also been to Alaska a couple of times.  Very beautiful country.  And my pet hobby is scuba diving.  Since I'm an ex AAU swimmer diving comes naturally.  Again, I love the warmer dive climates with the many beautiful fish and underwater scenery.

So dive in with Ronnie.  I promise to get you to your home buying or selling destination as quicklyas possible (just listen to my sage advice for fast results!) and you will enjoy the experience.  That's why so many of friend clients come back to me to sell their home or refer a friend or relative for their real estate needs!!

Helping people to sell their houses or land has been my priority in real estate.  I have a number of tools to showcase my listings including:   a brochure;  flyers at the property and sent to other realtors,;  a visual tour of the home or property that goes to the MLS, my web site and multiple web sites on line; open houses as needed; mailings; online postings; and ads as needed.

Buyers of 1st and 2nd purchase homes; purchse of land as well as investors is my subspecialty.  Through my web site and a second web site linked to our MLS system my buyers can have automatic emails of new property on the market sent to them on a daily basis so they won't miss seeing the newest listings coming on the market.

In either case sellers or buyers, my 13 years of experience is a plus in my negotiation skills in helping either sellers get the most for their home or buyers to get the best purchase and at terms they are happy with.

Well, we're finally settled in our new home and just in time for the holidays.  Another move completed and hopefully the last move we will have to make for many years!  Moving is never easy, but you certainly made the whole real estate transaction process much easier than we anticipated.

I wanted to write and say THANK YOU!  Amy and I were a little concerned that the market may have slowed down right as we were ready to make the move from a townhouse to a single family.  But your hard work and dedication quickly cleared our concerns and exceeded our expectations.  I could not have imagined that from the day we listed our townhouse to moving in to our new single family would take less than two months.

We sincerely apprececiate the flexibilty and willingness to go out of your way, regardless of time of day, to obtain signatures and make things happen.  Having five other townhomes for sale in our old neighborhood (some have been on the market for several months), you can imagine the anxiety that Amy and I experienced having a contingency offer on our next home.  Undoubtedly due to your efforts, our home sold within three weeks.  Maybe our old neighbors took notice and will seek you out to help sell their homes.  I certainly would recommend it!

I really want to thank you for all your hard work and coordination getting the house in Sterling ready to sell. You were able to locate the right contractors and workmen to do the job.  I did not get a chance to enjoy the house after it was repaired.  I am however, going to enjoy my new home.  Thank you for all of your time and energy in helping me find the right Realtor here in the Roanoke River Valley.  The move and the reasons for the move were extremely stressful at the time.  At the time it just seemed like nothing would come together in order to move from Sterling.  You were able to take away the stress of getting the house ready to sell, suggest a moving company, and a really good Realtor in my new location.  The movers werewonderful and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a moving company. 

The new realtor that you recommended was both persistent and patient during the "browsing" phase of the home buying process.  She was very good at picking out property that suited my life style and was in my price range.

I was very fortunate and lucky to hire you to sell my townhouse in Fairlington.  Despite there being a Long & Foster office nearby, I drove out to Manassas to work with you.  I did this because I had met you once, recommended you to a manager and he raved about the job you did.
