I specialize in Kentucky Lake waterfront property and lake area homes. I lived on the lake for 12 years raising my two beautiful children with boating, skiing and tubing. I'm familiar with TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) and Corps of Engineers requirements for the control of the lakes and can educate you if you're unfamiliar in this area. Having lived in this community since 1983 and owning 2 restaurants that are still doing well has provided me with a good network of contacts.
