	Mary Race	Closing Coordinator Mary graduated from Ball State University. After the buyer and seller agree to terms Mary takes over and gets the transaction closed. Mary coordinates the transaction with the inspectors, attorneys, title companys, lenders, home inspectors, and village inspectors. Mary's job is to make your transaction run smoothly.	40-50
	Roberta O'Neill	Marketing/Listing Coordinator Roberta has been in the Real Estate business and Mortgage industry for many years and brings a level of energy and customer service to the team that is unsurpassed.Roberta handles your listing from the day it goes on the market until a buyer is found. Roberta contacts every seller once a week to give feedback and discuss market conditions. Roberta also coordinates direct mail, home flyers, and Internet inquires.	40-50
