The best thing I'd have to say is that we never once felt like we were doing something we were uncomfortable with. Being first-time home buyers it was unfamiliar territory, but you always took the time to answer all our questions, some you probably even answered 2 or 3 times! You were always there if we needed you, prompt to return phone calls or provide us with any information we requested. We are very comfortable with our mortgage, even if our financal situation were to change, we could still afford to pay our mortgage, and that is a comfort. You didn't push us to spend any more than nessecary, and we don't feel pinched every month just to make mortgage payments like some other people may because they spent more than they should have.
