I devote a significant amount of my time in helping others build profitable real estate portfolio's. I have been in this business now for nearly 12 years and have my own portfolio that will provide a significant amount of my retirement income. If you tend to have a longer-term view of building wealth, don't want to use much of your own capital, are a good people-person, and don't mind getting your hands dirty from time to time, I can probably help you out. My prior life was in the banking business, so I also take additional significant time in aligning solid permanent financing on properties you would be looking to hold long-term.
