The reason we choose to work with Chris Rosendale was because we were from out of the area and are close friends who are from the area highly recommended Chris to help us find are retirement home. It took a little time and a lot of understanding on Chris's part for the fact we lived so far away and could only come down on weekends here and there. What impressed us so much was his ambition to find us the home we were looking for and his great knoledge and understanding of the area. We asked Chris Rosendale to list our primary residence for sale because I he was local to the eastern shore and knew alot of people in the community.
