- I am an Exclusive Buyer's Agent at the Real Buyer's Agent, Charleston's first Exclusive Buyer's Agency, established in 1995. The agency only represents home buyers.
About Me:
Before joining The Real Buyer's Agent, I held a corporate level management position at one of the largest mortgage companies in the South East. This experience enabled me to hone my negotiating skills. I acted as the Marketing Manager for three years, as well as acquiring my loan officer's license. The mortgage and real estate industry go hand and hand, so it was an easy transition to move into real estate. I was ready to have the chance to personally get to know and work face to face with my clients.
My Personal Mission is to consistently deliver to my clients the highest level of customer service, while executing my job with integrity and precision.
Buyer's Only
Since obtaining my real estate license I have never represented a seller in a transaction. By choosing to work for a company that only represents buyers I am able to give each of my clients the loyalty they deserve in all scenarios. I never have to worry about juggling clients and trying to balance my loyalties between them.
My goal is to find my client the home that fits them best, regardless of who lists the property. I pride myself on guiding my clients through the entire real estate buying process; from searching for the right property, doing a comparative market analysis, to putting together the offer, and negotiating on their behalf. Once there is a ratified contract I help my clients shop for a mortgage and insurance, set up an inspection if they wish to have one done and then attend the closing.
