- My name is Roxanne Schilling and I am a Realtor "COLDWELL BANKER LAKE TULLOCH" in Copperopolis. I am partnered with my husband, Roger Schilling, also a Realtor with the same Company.
The Life of a Realtor
Let me introduce myself if you do not know me or have not heard about me. My name is Roxanne Schilling and I have been an agent since 1992. I have always worked at the same office. At first the office was LAKE TULLOCH REAL ESTATE. After several years Clark Segerstrom bought the office and we became Century-21 LAKE TULLOCH REAL ESTATE. I am a local agent and I have lived in Copperopolis since 1977. I love the area, I love the Lake here and I love the real estate business. 90% of my business generates from referrals. Clients just keep coming back to me and sending me more clients. I am honest and caring. Call me or e-mail me and I will respond to you. If you are looking for a Realtor, I am here to work for you.
