About Me:

Carroll County Georgia has been a wonderful place to raise a family, educate them and see them happily married. As a resident since 1969 I have seen enormous growth and change but the Carrollton area still maintains a small town quality.

After receiving a BBA from West Georgia College in 1973 I spent 25 years in the apparel business.  Desperately needing a change, I obtained my real estate license in 1996 and as an Associate Broker have consistently been a Top Producer in the West Georgia Area.  Representing Buyers and Sellers and specializing in Residential properties, my experience has provided me with extensive knowledge of the area, property values, and what it takes to find the "right property" and negotiate the best price for my Buyers. 

Selling residential property in a Buyer's market can be very challenging and pricing is critical.  My experience has enabled me to adapt to the changes of  volatile market conditions and accurately pricing a property is one of the key elements in the sales process.

I do have a live outside of real estate.  I have been married for 35 years to the same wonderful 'girl' I met in college and we have raised, educated and 'married off' two terrific children, Beth and Jonathan, both of whom are married to equally terrific spouses.

My hobbies include music, reading, hiking,  knot tying (I'm still learning) and am about to purchase a kayak for some real adventure.

With 13 years experience in real estate, I have a Broker's License,  and e-Pro certified, which has helped me thrive in the competitive world of online real estate.  I am a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute.
