We are a local interior decorating and staging company, located just inside the DC Beltway. We have experience with Realtors, developers AND home sellers stage properties for a quick sale!

Staging Services
DIY Staging Consultation - We complete a walk-through of home, review property and provide written analysis on site to seller or realtor. Analysis includes livable space within home. Fee $200, may increase with homes over 3 BD, 2BA.
Occupied Home Staging - We complete home walk-through and discuss condition of home, use of various rooms and owner furniture and accessories. We work with the homeowner to declutter the space, re-arrange current furniture and/or rent furniture, and compete the space with art, plants and decor placed strategically throughout the home. Pricing starts at $450 and varies with size of home.
Vacant Home Staging - Our team develops a design plan for each room and overall feel within the home. We rent furniture, and decorate each room to a pre-determined budget. For condo and townhomes, we are able to fully furnish and decorate an entire space, in under two weeks. Single family homes may take longer, depending upon size.
