About Us:

Robert Satnick is a 22 year seasoned veteran of the thrift and mortgage banking industry.    Having helped many clients achieve the American dream of homeownership, he takes pride in bringing a sense transparency and integrity to the often overwhelming mortgage lending process.

Actively involved in the mortgage banking industry, Mr. Satnick is the current President-Residential of the California Mortgage Bankers Association.  As a lecturer, he has taught industry related courses to a variety of audiences including the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (FreddieMac). In addition, Mr. Satnick is a former adjunct-professor of finance at the University of Phoenix. 

Mr. Satnick received his bachelor's degree from  California State University in Northridge, CA and holds a MBA degree from Pepperdine University. Robert, his wife of 20 years, and his two children currently live in West Hills, CA where they are active members of their community.

Areas of Expertise

Short-Sale Mediation:  representing home sellers and real estate agents, we help to successfully navigate the short-sale negotiation process resulting in successful home sales for all interested parties.

Residential:  can provide purchase and refinance financing for mortgage loans up to $5,000,000. Available products include investor portfolio products, traditional conforming, conforming-jumbo, FHA and FHA-Jumbo.

Commercial:  can facilitate financing for small-balance commercial, multi-family (apartment buildings) and industrial properties.  Owner/tenant and single tenant properties are acceptable; SBA7A Financing to 90% LTV available
