Susan Laxson knows what it is to move having been raised in an Air Force family who moved every three to four years, finally settling in San Diego, when her father retired.  After work experiences in education (teaching at Rancho Santa Fe Elementary), escrow management and owning/operating stores in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and La Jolla, Susan began her real estate career in 1986 with Merrill Lynch Realty.  Susan quickly achieved success as the "Rookie of the Year" for Merrill Lynch Realty and Top Producer for their La Jolla office.  Susan has consistently achieved well-earned awards and designations for her real estate experience and credits her clients with referring business to her and helping her client base grow to international status, including from representing famous athletes, movie personalities, politicians, CEOs to retirement couples looking to buy a Rancho Santa Fe home on a golf course.
