My knowledge of over twenty eight years as a lender brings with it a vast amount of experience. I can determine which loan product is right for you as the buyer, not for me as your loan officer. Now, there is another piece of background I would also like to share with you as well. It's called an F.H.A. loan product. My knowledge of knowing what it takes to purchase a home using an insured F.H.A. loan is of as much importance as any other loan on the market. I have at one point in my career made more F.H.A. and V.A. loans than the conventional type loan products being offered to the clients. This made home-ownership more affordable to the home buyer with little or no cost down-payment to purchase the home of their dreams.
