We do seasonal properties and other properties that the major lenders who are based out of Maine will not consider financing.

All of our loans are processed and underwritten in Maine.

Areas of Expertise

I have 27 years of experience in the mortgage business, and have closed over 7000 loans as a loan officer.

I am familiar with all types of loans, but enjoy working with government loans and the various first time homeowner programs available through with Met Life Home Loans. I find that by having a "low key" meeting with the buyers before they look for a house, or even hired me as a lender, results in a more satisfying loan process for the borrower. 

I am equally comfortable in structuring a loan for a first time home buyer with no money down as I am a self employed borrower with several corporations.

It is not hard to get a loan closed, any lender can do that,. however, I take great pride in making the process easier and smoother, and reducing the stress level of my buyers and brokers. 

I also teach several courses to provide course credits for real estate agents and broker to fulfill their requirements for their license renewal process. The courses I teach are: Predatory Lending, FHA Loans , credit scoring and a new one on the new RESPA changes

 I am available. Real Eestate brokers as well as borrowers can call me on weekends and evenings, and quite often do.  I never want anyone to have to wait until Monday morning to contact me, for any reason. Customer service is where it is key, and my simple goal is to do it better than anyone else.
