"Donna Burnett is the perfect real estate salesperson...equal parts mother, confidante, handyman (she's not afraid to get dirty, trust me), bookkeeper, legal analyst...and most of all Dream Maker.

When I decided to buy my first condo, I didn't know the first thing about how to go about it. Donna had infinite patience as she took me from place to place so we could get a "feeling" for what I wanted. When I apologized for taking so much time, she said not to worry, that when the right place showed up, I would know within the first thirty seconds. And she was right!

As I got my loan and signed the papers, she held my hand through every detail, explaining things and going way above and beyond.

That first condo increased in value quickly. Then after a couple of years I got married and we decided to trade up to a larger home. Of course I called Donna immediately, and she once again came through. We found our dream home! But Donna also made sure that it made good business sense, and pointed out ways for us to increase its value.
Sadly, we ended up divorcing. It was a terribly emotional situation, but again, Donna was there for us, overseeing all the details and offering support and hugs. She worked hard, and with her savvy marketing the house sold quickly for an unbelievable price. We had bought it for $790,000, and with a little remodeling, ten months later we sold it for just shy of one million dollars. Donna definitely made the best of a bad situation for us!
