Real Estate Activities
Robin is a sales associate with Prudential New Jersey Properties, Moretti Division, focusing on the varied neighborhoods within Middlesex, Morris, Somerset, and Union counties, New Jersey. Robin is delighted to work with consumers at all stages of home ownership, from first-time home buyers to seniors who wish to downsize.
A long-time instructional designer and trainer, Robin has managed the training activities for real estate agents, brokers and managers for Century 21 Real Estate LLC and for Century 21 Canada LP. She was twice nominated for “Manager of the Year,” by her team members. A supportive and motivating trainer, Robin loves to help people achieve their dreams. Her special areas of interest are coaching agents for success and effective online marketing.
In addition to being a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey, Robin is an Endorsed Educator on Broker Agent Social, a Certified Centra Professional Trainer, and a Certified Manager of Quality & Organizational Effectiveness.
Customer Service is My Strength
My introduction to the fascinating world of real estate occurred when I was a youngster. My mother was the first female real estate sales associate in the Toronto area, working for A.E. LePage in the ’50s and early ’60s. I served as her personal assistant, with particular responsibility for maintaining the paper-based MLS data for my mother’s territory.
From my mother, I learned the value of outstanding customer service. Now, as a real estate professional associated with Prudential New Jersey Properties, I pledge this same 24K Gold Customer Service to all of my customers and clients.
Prior to joining the Moretti team in South Plainfield, NJ, I had the pleasure of serving the CENTURY 21 System as Senior Director, eLearning for CENTURY 21 Canada in Vancouver, BC and Senior Director, Learning Delivery, for CENTURY 21 Real Estate LLC in Piscataway, NJ.
