While I am a fairly recent addition to the Better Homes & Gardens team of Realtors, Tahoe City office, I enter this career with a strong background of knowledge and experience.  I have over 5 years hands-on experience in residential construction and remodeling from a previous business of "house flipping," and have 1 year current experience as an independent negotiator for short sales. 

My long term career goal is to be a real estate attorney and I am just beginning that journey. I am passionate about what I do and I'm excited to learn all about this business. 

The time I have spent in "the trenches" of handling short sales has taught me a lot.  I know what to expect of banks and that their demands are always changing.  Short sales can be difficult or tricky to deal with, but if negotiated wisely and carefully they can still become a success for both sellers and buyers.
