Experience:

Prior to joining Jolie Powell Realty, Pat served as chief operating officer for Hope Community, a nonprofit real estate developer and property manager. She was responsible for overseeing the management of more than $225M in assets, 1400 residential units and a 45,000 square feet commercial portfolio in over 90 scattered site buildings in Manhattan.

Additionally, Pat provided business development consulting services including strategic planning, project management, resource development, marketing, and public relations for Insignia/ESG a full service real estate services provider on Long Island. She was also responsible for developing and managing a brand identity program for 300+ retail stores throughout the US for the real estate division of Toys “R” Us, headquartered in New Jersey.

Over the years, Pat served in senior management positions in large urban and regional teaching hospitals including CHS’ St. Charles Hospital and Rehabilitation Center, the Albert Einstein Medical Center, and the MCP Hahnemann University in Pennsylvania.
