About Pat:

Pat is dedicated to helping people achieve their real estate goals. She borrows her business philosophy from Albert Einstein who said, "If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough". So she makes it her business to stay up-to-date with current real estate market trends. Pat is committed to keeping her buyers and sellers well informed so that important real estate decisions can be made with confidence. Prior to joining Laffey Fine Homes, she served as Managing Director for an independent real estate firm in Suffolk County serving the North Shore community.  Additionally, she served as Deputy Executive Director for a nonprofit affordable housing developer. She currently serves as Senior Director of Asset Management for a nonprofit organization which provides supportive housing for people with disabilities. Pat has been a resident of Long Island's North Shore for 10 years and currently resides in Brookville with her family. She earned a Master of Science from the Robert J. Milano School of Management and Urban Policy, The New School University in New York. She also processes an e-Pro and TRC-Transnational Referral Certification.
