"We were relocating from the Washington D.C. area, and neither one of us had ever lived in Nashville.  We needed someone we could trust to do a lot of the work for us, so we decided to retain an Exclusive Buyer's Agent.  Working with Pam was wonderful.  We only had two days to spend in Nashville looking at homes.  We communicated with Pam by e-mail and telephone, and sent her a list of six or eight homes we thought we'd like to see based on our own internet search.  When we made our house-hunting trip, Pam spent the first day showing us the homes we had itentified.  She actually listened to the comments we made the first day as we toured the homes.  Pam returned the second day with a list of 12 homes she had identified based on the comments we had made the day before.  On the afternoon of the second day, we found our new home.  It was a very efficient process and Pam was a joy to work with.  She gave us a lot of valuable information about the area, and also referred us to other excellent professionals (e.g. mortgage broker, home inspector).  We highly recommend working with an Exclusive Buyer's Agent, and Pam in particular.
