As you can see by the photo's my latest endeavor includes running.  This started in the fall of 2005 as casual dinner conversation with friends and evolved into a year round hobby.  In 2007 my goal was to finish a Half Marathon so in June I ran the Fairfield Half and had so much fun that in October I ran the Greater Hartford Half Marathon trimming a minute per mile off my time.  At this stage I'm thinking I should stick with the 13.1 mile run and work on speed for 2008.

Professionally my career included 25 years in an Engineering & Manufacturing environment before joining my wife in Real Estate.  We now work as the CummingsTeam of William Raveis Real Estate. With us you receive a blended perspective of life in New Haven County.

My Half Marathon training coupled with being a lifelong resident of the Greater New Haven area gives me the stamina to cover a wide range of towns. Primarily I concentrate on the shoreline towns of Branford, Guilford and Madison plus North Branford and North Haven.

The five towns noted about provide a demographic that will meet the need of most clients. If someone prefers a less suburban setting I am very familiar with the cities of New Haven, East Haven & West Haven to help find the right home.
