He sent pictures and info on houses that matched my criteria and even met on a Sunday when I was able to be in town. Talk about commitment! He stayed in contact while I was 2 states away and was on top of everything that needed done. He explained each step of the home buying process to make sure I understood perfectly. Made my 1st time homebuying experience amazing! I am a very picky person to please but that didnt seem to bother him, he was able to find several listings with in not only my price range but also to my liking. One of the best aspects of dealing with Russell was the home town feel I got from him, very knowledgable about Clarksville and knows the housing market from top to bottom. However, as soon as I talked to Russell, there was no doubt im my mind as to who to go with. Russell is a VERY professional and knowledgeable Realtor, and working with him was an outstanding experience. He answered every phone call and email immediately, regardless of the time or day of the week. He also took the time to coach and mentor me as a first time home buyer....and all before signing ANY paperwork!!! There are so many horror stories from first time home buyers, but working with Russell made it seem easier than buying a car. Russell was the third realator that I spoke with, but his professionalism and the fact that he listened to what I wanted sparked my interest. I was out of state after we placed a bid on a home. The house / bid fell through. By the time I got back to Clarksville, Russell already had 15 more homes for me to look at as well as a list of custom buliders. Any issue that I have or a related hoe owner question, Russell has the answer or knows who to contact to find the answer or get you the help you need.
