I have been doing this for a while. I came here from working in a resturant for 4 years and got tired of it. I have also helped work on homes and have worked for a security company. I have done a lot. I interviewed with a couple of real estate offices and was over whelmed with everything that GMAC Real Estate has to offer their agents. I never knew a company offered so much. They offer everything that I would want in an agent if I was selling my home. So I joined and would not accept anything less from a company. We are held responsible for our actions through the survey. It is a way for people to see what they get before they use our services. I have all the resources of GM and GMAC  behind me so why not choose an agent that has the resources to help get your home sold. I also send and receive refferals from any where in the world.
