Rusty Solomon worked in Linear Title and Closing as the national director. Rusty Solomon managed to lead business development and national sales during his time at the company. His main responsibility was working in quality assurance, national sales and partnering with Linear’s strategic alliances. After five years at Linear Title and Closing, Rusty Solomon began to work at Mandrien. One of Rusty Solomon’s most noteworthy achievements was the invention of TitleHound at NexGen compliance Solutions. This innovative technology was ultimately used by one of the top providers in the mortgage and title industry. In addition to his invention, Mr. Solomon became the chief strategist in a new project. Soon, he began to work on technological advances within the industry including the product, TitleHound. Before he started at Linear Title, Mr. Solomon was the president of AdvantEdge Real Estate Systems. This firm operates in the real estate industry. It provides expeditive abstracting and has created unusual closing methods. While at AdvantEdge, Rusty Solomon managed $50,000,000 in closings each month. He led national operations for the lenders that contracted through the company and led the team to a abstract turnaround time that averaged 0.65 days. Among other experiences, Mr. Solomon once worked for the Lightstone Group as an analyst. Based in New York City, his job was to report to Lighstone Principals about an acquisition that totaled $638 million. The completed acquisition was of Prime Retail, Inc and included 27 outlet centers across the United States. Altogether, these outlets encompassed 10.4 million square feet of GLA. This effectively created the largest real estate transaction that had ever occurred in the history of Lightstone Group. Mr. Solomon’s activities expanded into the non-profit world with his service on many national boards. He has formed alliances with the American Cancer Society and Cancer Crusaders. In addition to being on the board of directors at the Anti-Defamation League, Mr. Solomon has also worked with Save the Children.
