Ruth began her Real Estate Career in 1984 in Lawson, Missouri, a small town north of Kansas City.  She had already graduated from college and completed her Master's Degree in Adult Education.  Ruth taught GED classes prior to becoming a Realtor.  She is the mother of three and the grandmother of six.   She and Jim have been married since 1967, and decided to move to Southeast Florida in 2002.  Ruth had completed her Broker's Certification in Missouri, and completed Broker's Classes in Florida in April of 2004.

Because Ruth began her Real Estate Career when interest rates were over 12%, she knows how to get creative to get the deal through.  At that time, government loans (FHA and VA) were very common, and complicated.  Because they were necessary for many first time home buyers, she 'specialized' in those types of loans for her buyers.  First time buyers, and buyers who are struggling to get financing still hold a special place in Ruth's heart and in her business plan.  As we move to a market which favors the buyer, unique and innovative financing may be necessary. 

Ruth has many tools to help the seller sell his property.  Besides the more traditional ones, Ruth has added specific property web pages to her marketing plan.  Each property is put through the "salability checklist"  Ruth developed over the years.  A plan for each property is developed and implemented in order to get the property sold for the most money in the least amount of time and with the least hassle to the families.
