Description
Managing Broker, REALTOR®, GRI, ABR, Lewis County Association of REALTORS® Treasurer 2008/2009. Always striving to maintain a superior level of professionalism within our industry.

My Personal Mission Statement

My Client-First Philosophy (My Personal Mission Statement)

To offer a superior level of professionalism, always adhering to the code of ethics and personal integrity, never losing site of the importance of family and the example that is set each day through actions.

For my clients

I strive to offer a superior level of service to my clients.  To be accessible to them, to use my knowledge, skill and care to guide them smoothly, with their goals always in first place.  I believe that education is an ongoing investment in ourselves.  Real estate laws and guidelines are constantly changing and staying informed is critical.  I currently have a GRI, ABR and hold a Managing Broker License.  My husband was born in Chehalis, I moved from Vancouver, WA when we married in 1978.  We have three daughters, and still reside in Chehalis.  We have found Lewis County is a wonderful area to live and raise our family.

Why you should select me as your agent

Whether Buying or selling, knowledge of your market area is critical.  I update my clients with the daily and weekly changes in their market, so when an offer is received or written, educated decisions can be made.  I believe my job as a realtor is to offer as much guidance and information as possible.

Being readily available is an important part of my job.  Buying or selling a home can be one of the largest transactions a clients will make, and it naturally comes with  typical concerns and stresses.  I think it is important to be there and to provide an open door of communication.
