My areas of expertise are marketing a property properly, taking into consideration the market environment, as well as helping a seller stage a home properly, bringing my staging team in when necessary. The evaluation on pricing is critical in a market that has competition, and I am extremely aware of critical issues that affect the sale of a home. The area where proper marketing appears is also a very important component to the sale of a home, which I make sure is done to assure great results.
I am also extremely aware of needs of buyers, whether they are certain schools, or type of area the buyer is looking to live in. I take into account the buyers' needs regarding price range, what they are qualified to purchase, and type of home that suits their needs. I take tremendous care in listening to the buyers' needs and requests before the search begins. I am extremely patient, and do not "push" a buyer into purchasing a home that they don't feel completly comfortable with. I have been known to find buyers their dream homes, even if the home is not on the market. I have certain marketing skills that will find that dream home, whether it's on the market or not.

In the Fall of 2002, Ruth Rose from White House Properties was referred to us as a realtor to show us around when I was interviewing for a position with Amgen. She met with us and some months later met us again.
