It's all about me

I have 30+ years of sales experience selling everything from luggage in Miami and Beverly Hills to raw stainless steel materials in New England. My ability to understand my client's needs have made me a top producer wherever I've worked. I decorated my 1^st living room at 15 and work as an Interior Design Consultant creating living environments tailored to my clients tastes, not mine.

My daughters accuse me of selling when I shop.

I am a writer creating a novel based on my experiences riding the public transportation systems in Los Angeles. I am an avid amateur photographer and especially like taking pictures of architecture and life's little things. A gourmet cook, the only thing I like better than cooking is eating.

I home schooled my 2 daughters while living in Montana, Vancouver, and Mexico. We traded English lessons for Japanese lessons in Vancouver and I enrolled my daughters in a Mexican village school to learn Spanish. After successfully reintegrating into L.A.'s public school system, both my girls earned full academic scholarships to Westover, a private, all girls boarding school back here in Connecticut. My older daughter is fluent in Spanish and my younger daughter is in her 2^nd year studying Chinese. I am an active member of Westover's Parent's Council. This year I am chairperson of the Parent's Outreach Committee as well as Sr. Gift Chair.

When I finally got the chance to sell real estate, it was important to find the right fit. To be able to offer the boutique quality service each of my clients deserve, I wanted to affiliate with a company whose values most closely mesh with mine, whose training will enable me to learn and continue growing as an agent, and in whose community I will feel like a valued member. Although new to the real estate industry, I believe the basic tenets of customer service remain the same. I treat everyone fairly, ask questions then shut up and listen, act with integrity, and do what I say I'm going to do in a timely and precise manner. With my background in decorating & staging, I can assist sellers with the daunting task of readying their house for showings - it's all about the flow & the buyer's ability to see their things in the seller's home. For buyers, I can work up floor plans for a beautiful but architecturally challenging room or make suggestions for turning negatives into a perfect home. Best of all, it doesn't have to cost a lot to make your rooms look new. My specialty is working with what you own first, and then, if necessary, helping to chose that one focal piece to make your home seem new and your friends and family say "WOW"!
