ABC Home Inspection Service provides home inspections, insurance inspections, mold inspections & allergen inspections. ABC is a locally owned and operated company serving Escambia, Santa Rosa & Okaloosa counties of Florida. ABC was establsihed in 2001 and I purchased the company in March of 2004. I have performed over 1050 inspections from purchase date thru November, 2006. I am a Certified General Contractor ( inactive), Certified Home Inspector & member of the National Association Of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), Certified Master Inspector, Certified Mold & Allergen Inspector. I am a Realtor and member of the Pensacola Association Of Realtors. I am a member of the Florida Association of Professional Home Inspectors & Northwest Florida Home Inspectors Association. I have 31 years of construction experience ( residential, commerical & industrial). I have a Bachelor's degree in Building Construction & Master's degree in Management. Computer generated reports with pictures are completed on site and are e-mailed to clients and their realtor. Payment in the form of cash, check, credit card and at clsoing (with prior approval) is accepted. ABC provides pre-sell, pre-purchase and new construction inspections.
