Just want to let you know I talked to Bridgette who is underwriting my ******** file, and it looks like it is going to work. I ordered the title and appraisal today. Thanks for running that scenario for me. The customer service at The Lending Associates so far has been great. Are you competitive on the conforming products? It would be nice to have this type of service on all of our conforming loans. We are struggling with a lot of lenders right now on turn times and lack of communication on files.
