Ryan has been a consistent top-producing agent with Compass Resort Real Estate and the Coastal Association of REALTORS since the beginning. In order to better serve his clients needs and to keep up with the ever changing Real Estate rules and regulations, Ryan obtained his Real Estate Brokers License from the State of Maryland in 2006. In 2007, Ryan took his education one step further by obtaining his Pennsylvania Real Estate Brokers License. In addition to his vast sales experience Ryan has also Managed one of the Top Real Estate Companies in the United States. As an office manager Ryan was in charge of training new and veteran sales agents, as well as running the day to day operations of the company which successfully helped over 200 families obtain the dream of home ownership, durring his tenure.
