Ryan Roark began his career in commercial real estate in 1998.  After graduating from Louisiana Tech University with a Degree in Biomedical Engineering, he moved to Dallas, Texas and worked for several years as field engineer for Brainlab, Inc. More recently, Ryan has created several investment partnerships to re-develop a number of sites and acquired his commercial contractor's license.  Ryan specializes in the leasing and sale of office, retail, industrial, and apartment properties and his team holds a 47% market share as of November 2011.

Ryan has also co-authored a book on real estate and recently co-hosted a weekly radio show covering commercial and investment real estate topics.
