My job is not only to put you into a program that works for your financial strategy, but to give you information to help you make good, sound decisions.
- Construction loans - Construction loans are the most complicated type of loans. However, it's our goal here at First Horizon to ensure a smooth transaction. We work with you and the builder to ensure great communication throughout the process. Our normal turn time on a construction loan is less than four weeks. We also enable you to lock up to 2 years if necessary to complete your dream home.
