Who, Where And Why
I started buying Real Estate in NYC. I then moved to NJ, where I hold a license. I moved a few years ago to TX and now have a license in TX. I have seen many differences between TX,NJ and NYC. I really enjoy the hunt of the perfect house. To me it is like Treasure Hunting. You look and look until you find the perfect gem, and when you do it is so exciting to see the satisfaction on the buyers faces that you can't wait to do that all over again, and again. I also love to show people what they should be looking at to make sure that they are buying a good investment. They don't always want to hear that there is a crack wide enough to drive cattle through, when it has everything they ever wanted in a Home. But I owe it to the client and the public to point these items out. I want my clients to send family and friends to me for help. I also do consulting. I will discuss with the client if the property the own would be a good investment for them to hang on to or if they should sell. I do still leave it up to them to make the final decision, but they will go away with an educated one. I do a variety of things for my clients, I am able to stage, give color advise, help them work on curb appeal, take them shopping to find the perfect furniture, and appliances.
