Pricing: Pricing a house correctly is the biggest contributor to getting offers. It's always best to price the home correctly up front rather than wasting valuable market time and then reducing the price later. You will ultimately get the most money for your home if you price to the market up front. We could put a HUGE billboard in front of your home and if it's price incorrectly all we are doing is advertising the wrong price. Buyer's will always offer market value, no more.
