I was born and raised in Orange County. I love the beach, smelling the fresh ocean air, being outdoors, exploring places, hanging out with friends, meeting new people, helping people achieve their dreams, Apple products, Internet surfing, popular culture, the arts, travel, surf/snow/skate culture, organic living, fashion, music, food, history, architecture, design, investing and of course, real estate.
My goal is to make purchasing or selling your home or investment property a fun, fulfilling, and positive experience. I think it's important to work with someone you connect with, trust, depend on, and learn from. I grew up in the real estate business and real estate is simply a passion of mine. It has always been my dream to build my business in real estate and to offer my clients the highest quality service and satisfaction. Managing Class A Commercial Properties in the Newport Beach area for The Irvine Company gave me excellent experience in negotiations, legal contracts, managing multi-disciplinary entities, conflict resolution, coordinating relocation needs, and creating win-win solutions. Client satisfaction is not my goal; 5-Star client service excellence is what I strive for. Since 2008 and the fall of Lehman Bros, I've been working and learning about the distressed market and I am now well versed in both Short Sales and Foreclosures. I have worked with several REO and Short Sale agents and have experience in REO transactions and managing REO accounts. I am a National Association of Realtors certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist, a member of the California Association of Realtors, Orange County Association of Realtors, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and the Young Professional Network. I love learning and am constantly taking classes to better my expertise and overall skills as a real estate professional.I am also tech and social media savvy and understand the importance of using different mediums to market my listings and communicate with my clients.
