To Whom It May Concern:

It is with great appreciation and the best intentions that we write this brief summation of our

experience with Steve Adams, a realtor with your firm. Our experiences in the past have

taught us to seek out and employ an individual whose values and commitment to service

resembles ours. Steve Adams is one such person whose aid in our search for a home and

transition to this beautiful state far exceeded our needs and expectations.

We began our query for a home in Central Texas in April of 2009. Unfortunately, busy

schedules and residency in South Florida hampered our efforts. After doing some preliminary

research and outlining our home criteria, we conducted an internet search for a realtor to work

with. We held phone interviews and preliminary home searches with several other realtors

before finding Steve. We decided to employ him based on his professional presentation,

friendly nature, and the relevancy the results he provided for our query.

Not only did Steve provide highly relevant results, he went out of his way to explain

the demographics, purchase/ price histories, known problems, and future market value of each

zone we were considering. In addition, Steve was very hospitable during our trips to view

prospective homes. He provided dinner and lunch on more than one occasion. Once we found

the ideal home, Steve went so far as to invite us to a social networking event near his home.

Contractual disagreements between the seller and us were difficult. Steve worked hard

to negotiate the proper price as well as winning additional fixtures the seller planned to take.

He stood in our absence for the home inspection, and completed a walk-through prior to close.

Not once did we feel pressured by Steve. He always made sure we were comfortable with our

purchase decision and put us in contact with professionals that valued our business and

respected our time.

This person serves as a great example of professionalism and consistency. He

exemplifies Keller-Williams' reputation for quality service and will receive our business and

referrals in the future.
