My goal is to help as many homeowners avoid foreclosure as possible. Certifed Short Sale Expert having received training from numerous educational resources in order to offer the most comprehensive service to my clients in the sale of their home. Actively involved in on-going training to keep up with most recent changes in the short sale system and bank requirements. One short sale class is not enough to make anyone an expert. It requires a committment to adapt to new changes and rules on a daily basis.
A short sale is a far better option than letting the bank foreclose. It allows homeowners to purchase another home much sooner (possibly immediately after selling on short sale), while minimizing impact on their credit score, at no cost to the homeowners!
My reputation has been built on honesty, integrity, and reliability. Putting client's needs first and foremost to exceed expectations. I am a "straight shooter" and prefer to be up front with my clients rather than let them down later.
I do not "sell" homes. I believe homes sell themselves if they fit the needs of the Buyer. therefore I believe my ultimate objective is to match my Client's needs with the"right" home for them.
