My goal is to help as many homeowners avoid foreclsoure as I possbily can. I am a certifed short sale expert with Harris Real Estate University. By specializing in short sales, I can help homeowners sell their home regardless of how much they owe on it. A short sale is a far better option that letting the bank foreclose. It allows them to purchase another home much sooner while minimizing impact on their credit score.

My reputation has been built on honesty, integrity, and reliability. Putting client's needs first and foremost to exceed expectations. I am a "straight shooter" and prefer to be up front with my clients rather than let them down later.

I do not "sell" homes. I believe homes sell themselves if they fit the needs of the Buyer. therefore I believe my ultimate objective is to match my Client's needs with the"right" home for them. By taking time to listen to my Client's and asking the right questions to better understand their needs, I am able to save them time and energy in locating the best fit for their needs.
