About Us:

I am an investor who still ownes a painting company.  I've been a rehabber, and it still pays.  Been going to the reo auctions lately, and there are some interesting deals there.  Doing some land developement in the Phownix area.  I've invested in developement land in Costa Rica and Nicaragua, and I wish I had held on to those.  Looking for any kind of partnering deals.  I'm especially experienced with large, multi unit rehabs.  And I take people sailing of the coast of Santa Barbara when they get me into good deals.
