About Us:

I am a loan officer with VIP Mortgage Inc.  located in Hurst, Texas.  I have been in the mortgage/real estate industry for 15 years.  Gosh that makes me sound pretty old, but with age comes experience right.  I have been licensed loan officer in Texas since 2001 and have worked in Virginia and Louisiana as well. 

Areas of Expertise

I am experienced in FHA, VA, Conventional and sub-prime loans.  I have worked with first time homebuyers as well as seasoned mulitple time buyers and investors.  I guess one thing that makes me stand out from the pack is that I am tenacious.  If I think that your loan is something that can get done, then I will exhaust every avenue to get it done.  Anyone can do an easy loan, and I love easy loans, but the reality is that most loans are going to require a little finesse or extra work to get them done, and that is ok with me.  Not everyone fits into a perfect mold, life would be easy if that were the case, but most borrowers have something that makes them unique and a loan officer needs to find a way to make it work even with credit issues or other scenarios that might be slightly out of the box.
